What area of Amsterdam do you cover?
I will travel anywhere within the A10 ring.

Do you only offer solo dog walks or group walks, too?
I only offer solo dog walks so your pet gets 1:1 attention.

How long is a standard walk or visit?
You may select a 30 or 60-minute walk upon booking or a one-hour house visit. If you want something different, please ask me.

Do you care for both dogs and cats?
Yes, I care for dogs and cats only.

Can you provide care for pets in hotels or temporary stays?
Yes, as long as you are in the A10 ring, I can provide care.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a walk or visit?
Navigate to the home page on this website and scroll to the bookings section.

How far in advance should I book?
You can book as far in advance as you desire.

Can I book recurring walks/visits?
Yes, you may book recurring walks and/or visits or book multiple times at once.

Do you accept last-minute bookings?
If I have time available, then you can place a last-minute booking.

Pricing & Payments

What are your rates for dog walking and cat and/or dog visits?
For a 30-minute dog walk, my rate is €18. For a 60-minute dog walk, my rate is €30. Cat and/or dog visits are €25/hour.

Are payments due at the time of booking?
No, I will invoice you at the end of the month, and the cost is exclusive of the 21% VAT.

Do you charge extra on holidays?
Yes, there is a €20 surcharge on top of the regular fee.

Cancellations & No-Shows

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours in advance → no charge.

Cancel within 24 hours → full fee applies, and this will be included in your next month’s invoice.

What happens if I am not at home when you arrive?
I will wait for ten minutes, and if you do not show up, I will invoice you for the full amount of the service.

Do you offer refunds for cancelled bookings?
If you cancel outside of the 24-hour cancellation window, I will not send you an invoice.

Pet Care

Do you walk dogs off-leash?
No, I will not walk your dog off-leash.

What happens if my dog does not get along with other animals?
Please disclose that so that I can take the proper precautions.

Can you give my pet medication?
Yes, with the proper instructions, I can administer medication to your pet.

Can you feed my pet when you visit?
With proper instructions, I will feed your pet.

Do you send updates or photos during visits?
If you would like me to update and/or send photos, please let me know.

Will you give my pet treats?
If you would like me to give your pet treats, please supply them to me before the walk or visit.

Safety & Trust

Are you insured?
Yes, I have business liability insurance.

Do you have experience with large, strong, or reactive dogs?
Yes, I have experience with all types of dogs.

How do you handle emergencies?
I will call you, the owner, first to let you know and then take action as needed.

Will my pet be with other animals during the walk?
No, I only do solo walks with dogs.

Can I meet you before booking a visit?
Yes, I'd prefer to meet you and your pets before booking a walk or visit. There is zero cost for this.

Other

Can I request specific times for visits or walks?
Yes, if the time is available, you may book the time. For exceptions, please reach out to me.

Will my dog always have the same walker?
Yes, I am the only one who will walk your dog.

Do you offer services outside the A10 ring?
Let me know what you want, and I will consider it.

Can photos of my pet be featured on your website or social media?
If you are ok with me posting photos of your dog or cat, please let me know on the intake form. You may change your mind at any time by sending me an email.
