Booking Policies 🐾
✨ Payment
All services for a given month will be invoiced on the first day of the following month. For example, if three walk were completed anytime in March, the invoice you receive on April 1 will include those plus 21% VAT added to the total.
✨ Cancellations
Cancel more than 24 hours in advance → no charge.
Cancel within 24 hours → full fee applies, and this will be included in your next month’s invoice.
✨ No-Shows
If I arrive and your pet isn’t available or no one is home, I’ll wait up to 10 minutes. After that, it counts as a no-show, and the full fee applies and will appear in your next month’s invoice.
✨ Holidays
A €20 holiday surcharge per service applies on:
All Dutch national holidays
December 23 – January 2
✨ Photos
With your permission, photos of your pet may be shared on the Pupcake Pet Care website or social media to show off their cuteness!
✨ Applies to all services
Dog walks, cat visits, home/hotel visits, and special arrangements.
